Individual Counseling

Anyone can benefit from individual therapy. No problem is too big or too small and an individual may sort out their problems in an open, supportive, non-judgmental, and confidential environment. It is most important to get an objective view of your situation.

Vicki Rubin will facilitate the exploration and resolution of the personal problem(s). Individual therapy is a way for you to explore your feelings, behavior, relationships, choices, and decisions.

Therapy is a collaborative effort between a patient and therapist. It is a way of clarifying your concerns and developing new strategies so that you can begin to feel better!

You may be struggling from a lack of self confidence (self doubt); acting in self defeating ways (can't seem to get ahead); family and/or marital/coupling issues; coping with the aftermath of a divorce or painful breakup; parenting; stress; etc.
